Who is Paul Ford?
I'm a Senior Product Management Leader based in Salt Lake City, Utah. For the past 8+ years I've led product, UX, and engineering partnerships at companies including Ask Media Group and Overstock — building AI platforms, customer data systems, personalization and monetization engines at 100M+ MAU scale.
I lead with a framework I created called Mindset, Process, Acumen — a system for building high-accountability teams that move fast and sustain excellence. I'm currently open to Director, Senior Director, VP, and Head of Product opportunities.
